Synopsis

Set in a medieval city‑state, Princess Liora, the second princess, is deeply in love with Ron, her personal knight whom she has promoted. Yet Ron is head‑over‑heels for Seraphina, the arrogant and jealous elder princess. After all her devotion goes unrequited, Liora sees through the hollow love and family affection in the royal palace. She volunteers to take her elder sister’s place and become the sacrificial bride bound by contract to the evil dragon. Her selfish father, the king, is secretly delighted and sends her off to this fate. Liora terminates her knight‑bond with Ron and gives him to Seraphina, cutting off all her old feelings. When the sacrificial bugles blare, Ron is horrified to find that it is Liora heading for the dragon’s lair, consumed by regret. The ferocious‑legendary dragon Kaelion is actually the Sun God cursed by a dark witch, and he falls for Liora at first sight. Leaving the cold‑hearted city‑state behind, Liora embarks on a brand‑new life with the cursed dragon. Those who once hurt her will eventually taste the pain of loss.
