The Swapped Bride Never Looks Back

Synopsis

On the eve of his wedding, the hero is deceived by his sister-in-law-to-be, repeatedly misjudging and hurting the woman he loves, even forcing her to kneel and apologize. She lets go of this humble love, swaps brides with her sister, agreeing to marry the legendary bloodthirsty half-beast. On the wedding day, with guests gathered, her sister waits joyfully for the groom—only for him to hear his first love is in danger and abandon her, riding off into the Dark Forest. Only when the truth is revealed does he learn that the one who once risked her life to save him was the woman he had recklessly hurt. Regret crashes over him; he leads his troops into the ancient castle to take her back. But she has already found gentle sincerity in the beast's keep, and shields the half-beast with her body, taking a blade for him. True love breaks the curse; the betrayer ends his days in ruin, while she and the prince—restored to human form—are finally wed in a grand ceremony.
