Synopsis

Su Wan is fed up with her mother-in-law Lin Xiulian’s preference for boys over girls and her husband Lin Chen’s hypocrisy and opportunism. On her daughter’s one-month banquet, she sets up a test using a realistic silicone baby doll. After the mother-in-law accidentally causes the doll to suffocate, the mother and son conspire to hide the baby and frame Su Wan. Su Wan teams up with her lawyer brother Su Rui. They recover the damaged audio from the monitor to obtain irrefutable evidence, expose everything in public, and get Lin Chen to leave the house with no assets. Bitter and vengeful, Lin Chen and his mother hire an assassin to murder her. Their plot is exposed, and they are sent to prison. In the end, Su Wan founds an orphanage with her daughter, sheltering more children with love.
