While Jay Glover tells others not to bully his wife, Riley Keller, just because she is a country girl, the socialites fall silent. After all, Riley outshines them effortlessly, without even trying. Jay paints her as kind-hearted and innocent, but he seems to have forgotten the patients she has treated and the enemies she has killed. Even he himself is under her control, yet he claims she never opposes him.
